We were wondering if you’d be so kind as to add the above races to your diary for 2019
The Ascott under Wychwood 10k is a challenging multi-terrain 10k race set in the beautiful surrounds of the Evenlode valley. Although challenging it is also the perfect opportunity to get some off-road race practice in preparation for the forthcoming cross-country season, which starts a week or two afterwards.
The 5k is also multi terrain but is far less challenging also set in the valley. With a distinct absence of 5k races during the running year this gives speed merchants a chance to let themselves off the leash avoiding the crowds of the local park run.
With trophies to be won in most categories of the 10k there are also trophies for the first 3 men and women in the 5k and medals for all finishes in both traces.
We now have our own website up and running at https://wychwood01.wixsite.com/ascott-u-wychwood10k
We look forward to hearing from you and welcome any suggestions to help make this race a success and attract more runners.
