Registration will be open at 07:30 and close at 08:45 for the collection of race numbers and timing chips. There will be no entries on the day. For a list of participants click here.

In accordance with new UK Athletics guidelines, the wearing of headphones on open roads is banned, anyone caught by the Event Marshals and brought to the attention of the Race Director will be disqualified and your time removed from the official results.
Please don't discard of empty gel packs on the route, keep them till you get to the water stations and leave them there.
There is a car park by the Nuffield Pavillions across the road from the Fleet Air Arm Museum, follow signs and the marshals directions. Post Code is BA22 8HT
Sodexo will be providing Hog Roast and drinks including a licensed bar. Our Main Sponsors, Norseland Ltd will have their new Gourmet Food Wagon on site as well providing free samples of their products. The Toot Sweets Van company will have their luxury ice cream trike on site. The Yeovilton Military Wives Choir will have their cake stall once again.
The Race HQ will be in the tented Event Site by the Start/Finish.

A bouncy castle and soft play will be provided free of charge by EmBen Bouncy Castle Hire, as well as stalls from various local businesses. Somersets Pulse Radio will be in attendance through the day providing music and radio interviews, will you be lucky enough to be on air!?

Event Paramedic Services will be providing medical cover for the event. However you are advised that if you are unwell on the day or a few days before then please don't run. The time of the event will mean it may be hot and sunny so you are reminded to hydrate well and use sun cream.
We will have 4 water stations on the lap, so 8 in total. Water bottles will be available on all of them, Jelly babies will be available on one of them.
We will be trialing a system where you provide your own drinks bottles, clearly labelled, and we will deliver them to which ever water station you require. This way you can use which ever energy drinks you are comfortable using.
The route is fairly flat with only small inclines. The start and finish are on the athletics track. From the start you follow the access road to the main B3151, at the end of the access road you make a left turn and follow the up to Stockwich Cross. Turn left and keep following the road into the village of Podimore. Once in Podimore you turn left onto Church Street, follow this road to the junction back to the B3151. At the junction turn right and follow the path up the hill to the top and turn left and down the hill, follow this road through the village of Yeovilton.
As you pass through Yeovilton you follow the road over the weir and head up the gentle incline to the village of Limington. At the junction turn left and follow the winding country road through the quaint village of Ashington and on towards Mudford. As you come to the junction with the A359 at Mudford you turn left, and after a short trip along the A359 you turn left again back onto the quiet country roads, and head towards Chilton Cantelo.
At the school turn right and follow the road until the first turning on your left, which you take. Follow this road all the way to the staggered crossroads, at which point you will turn left and head back towards Stockwich Cross and the start of the second lap. After the second lap, as you approach Stockwich Cross you turn left and head along the road back towards the athletics track and the finish line.
